Lots for rent within the tented city come in many styles. Select the one that best suits your needs. 

Outdoor Lots

• 25 foot frontage, 70 feet deep
• corner lots have a minimum 70 foot frontage
• cost: - $550 for display purposes only
          - $1100 for retail selling purposes
          - $1300 for food vendors
• prices do not include GST

Indoor Lots

• 10 foot frontage, 10 feet deep
• corner lots have a minimum of 20 foot frontage
• each lot comes with one 15 amp electrical outlet, 3 foot side curtains and 8 foot back curtain
• cost (subject to change):
  - $650 for display purposes only
  - $1300 for retail selling purposes
• prices do not include GST

Other details

• 30% deposit must accompany application with the balance due no later than June 30, 2010
• no refunds after August 1, 2010
• all food vendors must adhere to the rules and regulations of the local Health Department and the Ontario Plowmen's Association.
• all Exhibitors must carry $2,000,000 Comprehensive Liability Insurance.
