International Plowing Match (IPM) and Rural Expo Tour Package
September 21 – 25, 2010

Fly-Drive Program Arrival Locations

Tuesday, September 21 – Home Destination – Detroit or Buffalo or Toronto or Hamilton

US Arrival points:

Detroit – Arrival into Detroit’s Metropolitan Airport – overnight at airport Hotel – free shuttle and complimentary breakfast included. (Optional direct transfer to London same day depending on flights)

Buffalo – Arrival into Buffalo-Niagara International Airport – Overnight at the Hampton Inn and Suites or similar. Free shuttle and complimentary breakfast the next morning. (Optional direct transfer to London the same day depending on flights)

Canadian Arrival Points:

Toronto – Arrival into Pearson International Airport. Transfer to local hotel – Four Points by Sheraton Hotel near Terminal 3 (free shuttle). Overnight at the airport hotel. Breakfast the following morning before departure for London. (Optional direct transfer to London same day depending on flights)

Hamilton - Hamilton International Airport arrivals. Transfer to the Four Points by Sheraton or Radisson Hotel in London, Ontario (or similar). Breakfast the following morning included.

Wednesday, September 22 – Transfers to London, Ontario and the IPM in St. Thomas

Detroit	Breakfast included. Depart for London – group coming from Detroit travels to London where International Plowing Match Shuttle takes group directly to the International Plowing Match and Rural Expo Show for ½ day program in the afternoon. Group returns to the Four Points Hotel or Radisson in London for overnight. Dinner on your own.
Buffalo	Breakfast before departure. Border crossing. Depart for London – group coming from Buffalo travels directly to the London Four Points Hotel – shuttle takes guests to International Plowing Match after dropping luggage – 1/2 day program. IPM Shuttle will return group members to their hotel in London, Ontario. Dinner on your own.
Toronto-Cambridge	Breakfast at each hotel. Departure from Toronto – and travel to London to join the group going to the International Plowing Match and Rural Expo in St. Thomas. Join the ½ day afternoon program. IPM Shuttle will return group members to their hotel in London, Ontario. Dinner on your own.
SPECIAL NOTE: Children stay in hotel rooms for free and minimal breakfast charge applies – 12 years old or under. Youth aged 13 to 18 will have a modified pricing package sharing a two-bed room with parents. Contact AgriTours Canada for prices.

Thursday, September 23 – Canada’s International Plowing Match and Rural Expo – St. Thomas

After breakfast the group will travel to the Plowing Match for a full day at the show including plowing competitions and other activities and displays. Lunch on your own at the Plowing Match. Return to London late afternoon to your hotels.

Friday, September 24 – Farm Tour Program

After breakfast the London Group travels to visit a large-scale dairy farming operation north of London followed by a cash crop operation near Exeter, a large-scale milking goat operation and finally to a pure-bred beef cattle operation. Today’s program includes lunch – and tours of 4 farms. Dinner provided at the hotel for each guest upon the return from the Farm Tour day. Return to hotel for overnight.

Saturday, September 25 – Return Home

Breakfast at the hotel for participants. Various members of the group travel to Detroit, Buffalo or Toronto by airport shuttle service provided by AgriTours Canada. Departures based on flight schedules for each passenger. Distance to Detroit including border crossing is a minimum of 3.0 hours. Plan to be at airport one hour and 30 minutes in advance of flights. Distance to Toronto from London is roughly 2.5 hours and to Buffalo International Airport about 3.5 hours with border crossing.

Included:	Four (4) nights hotel accommodations, 4 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 1 dinner, 2 days admission to The International Plowing Match and Rural Expo, technical visits, airport transfers, HST taxes and gratuities for motor coach drivers.
Exclusions:	Flights to and from Detroit, Buffalo, Toronto or Hamilton, Visitors to Canada health insurance (can be purchased), Meals not mentioned are not included, HST is additional

Ontario Out of Town Visitors

Tuesday, Sept. 21	Participants arrive at pre-designated hotels in Cambridge and London. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the Four Points by Sheraton in London OR Radisson Hotel, London.
Wednesday, Sept. 22	Breakfast included in package. Admission to the International Plowing Match and Rural Expo. Package 2 A – includes transfers to and from London to the International Plowing Match and Rural Expo in St. Thomas – let us do the driving. Packages 2B and 2C does not include transfers.
Thursday, Sept. 23	Breakfast included in package. Admission to the International Plowing Match and Rural Expo. Package 2 A – includes transfers to and from London to the International Plowing Match and Rural Expo in St. Thomas – let us do the driving. Packages 2B and 2C does not include transfers.
Friday, Sept. 24	Breakfast included. Participants, who have driven, return to their respective homes by automobile/pick-up, etc.

Pricing for IPM Package 2:

	Included	Three (3) nights hotel accommodations, 3 buffet breakfasts, 2 days admission to the International Plowing Match and Rural Expo in motor coach or van, taxes, gratuities for motor coach/van driver.
