We would like to invite you to stay in the official RV Park of the 2018 International Plowing Match and Rural Expo (IPM 2018).

The RV Park will be located on a 68-acre farm approximately 100 feet from Tented City. The 2018 IPM is located between Lake St. Clair and Lake Erie, a one hour drive from the Detroit/Windsor border and one hour west of London, Ontario.

Local musical artists will be on-hand every night for entertainment to the 1,000+ dedicated RV Sites. Join us on Sunday night (Sept. 16) for a fish fry (see details below). Shuttle services will be provided, to help make your stay an enjoyable one.

Be sure to stay on-site at the RV Park to ensure you don’t miss out on any of the special events planned for the IPM 2018!

IPM 2018 RV PARK RATES

Campers can check in from 8 am to 7 pm daily.

All campsites include:

  • 2 IPM admission passes for each day of your stay
  • nightly entertainment
  • on-site sanitation stations
  • shuttle transportation

30' x 45' Site (30 Amp Electricity)
Weekly (September 18 to 22) - $500 + HST
Nightly - $140/night + HST

RV Park Site Map
The 2018 IPM RV Site Map (in the RV Park Brochure) is provided for information only; the RV Site Map is subject to change. We cannot guarantee a specific site, as sites will be booked first come, first serve. If you would like to request a specific site area, please add your request under the “comments” section on the registration form and we will do our best to accommodate you.

ADVANCE REGISTRATION
All advance registration must be submitted with payment in full. Postdated cheques will not be accepted. NSF cheques will be charged an additional $50 fee.

GROUP BOOKINGS
All registration forms must be mailed together in the same envelope and be clearly marked as a group booking request – we will do our best to accommodate.

CANCELLATIONS
Refunds will be less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations must be received prior to July 1, 2018. No refunds will be issued after July 1, 2018. Persons leaving the Match early will NOT be reimbursed for the unused portion of their reservation.

PETS
In the RV Park, pets must remain on a leash at all times and owners are responsible for pets and must scoop. Pets are not permitted in Tented City at the IPM.

Coast to Coast Deluxe Motor Coach Tour(s)ipm busIPM bus and truck

See Chatham-Kent from the side roads! Visit industry, greenhouse operations, seed corn processing, fishing and tender fruit production.

The tour bus will leave from the RV Entertainment Tent at 1 pm sharp on Monday, September 17.

There are 53 seats on the bus. The tour is 4.5 hours.

To reserve tickets for the Monday tour, please phone Kathy at 519-436-7983. $40 cash per ticket. Pick up and pay for your tickets at the RV Park Registration Trailer by 10 am on Monday, September 17.

Please Note

  • If the bus on Monday, September 17 does not sell out, there will not be a tour on Tuesday, September 18.
  • If the bus on Monday, September 17 sells out, tickets for the tour on September 18 will be available starting at 2 pm on September 17 at the RV Park Registration Trailer. There must be 40 seats sold for this tour to go.
