IPM Poster Silent Auction Rules – Legal Clauses
- By bidding in IPM Artwork 2015 silent auctions, each bidder agrees to the following rules.
- All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted. All items are “as is.” IPM Artwork silent auction has attempted to describe and catalog items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance or condition of the items. No statement made in this catalog, or made orally at the auction or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.
- Winners will be announced at 1pm Saturday, September 26th and payments are expected to be received after. IPM Artwork 2015 accepts cash and cheques are made payable to IPM & Rural Expo 2015.
- Following payments, the winning bidder is required to take their artwork with them.
- Any item left unclaimed, without prior arrangements, will be donated to the SD&G Library.
- IPM Artwork 2015 reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the auction.
