IPM 2023 Volunteer Orientation

- Registration commences at 8 am
- Meeting from 9 am – 12 pm (optional Tour of Tented City to follow)
Please bring your own lawn chair. Snacks will be provided by Foodland.

Volunteering with IPM 2023 is a great way to use your skills, connect with the community, gain valuable experience and meet new people!
Volunteers are involved with all aspects of the International Plowing Match & Rural Expo (IPM) — from horse & tractor plowing, to Tented City, antiques, entertainment, marketing, souvenirs, education, lifestyles & quilts, RV Park, wagon tours, landscaping, beautification, parking & traffic, gates, health & safety, parade, information booths...and there's more!
There are volunteer opportunities that begin before the IPM (with planning and activation), during the IPM and/or after the IPM (with teardown).

Special Call for Volunteers
- Join the "Parking" Committee to help direct visitors in the parking fields.
- Join the "Steppers & Greeters" to help welcome and assist visitors on & off the wagons (to and from the parking fields).
- Join the "Traffic" Committee to help with ensuring optimal traffic flow.
